Black Tea Soother

Black tea contains tannin, which reduces the puffiness around your eyes. Cheaper teas tend to have a higher tannin level, so don't waste any money on the fancy stuff.
2 Black tea bags
Run the tea bags under cool water to completely moisten the tea
Being careful of the staples in the bags (if there are any) place the damp tea bags over your closed eyes.
Cover with a cool washcloth & relax for 5-10 mins
